Hi, I'm Will Schlotz, owner of Schlotz Plumbing. I've proudly called Minnesota home my entire life. Construction has always been part of my family. My father was an electrician, as were many of my uncles. As a teenager, I spent my summers pulling wire for my dad, and I naturally assumed I'd follow in his footsteps.

My older brother began working for a local plumbing and heating company, and I kept asking him to help me get my foot in the door. Eventually, he did, and I'll always be grateful to him for introducing me to the plumbing trade. It turned out to be the career I was meant for.

I spent my first five years in new construction, learning the fundamentals and developing a strong work ethic. After that, I joined a company that specialized in a wider variety of plumbing work, including remodeling and service. Over the next several years, I gained extensive experience working on older homes and apartment buildings throughout Minneapolis and St. Paul, where every job presented a new challenge and an opportunity to learn.

For the past several years, I've returned to a combination of new construction and residential service work. Throughout my career, I've seen too many homeowners charged premium prices while receiving rushed or second-rate service. That never sat right with me. That's why I started Schlotz Plumbing.

My Christian values guide how I do business—with honesty, integrity, respect, and a commitment to treating every customer the way I'd want my own family to be treated. My goal is simple: provide high-quality plumbing work at fair, competitive prices without cutting corners.
